Land Mark Design was hired to redesign this historic 7th Avenue property. A dry-laid patio and small fountain replaced unhealthy areas of lawn. The front steps were redesigned for grace and ease of movement. A child’s play area and sensory garden were designed for the rear. Spaces for sculpture were also incorporated into the garden space. The new landscape is more accessible, more enjoyable and easier to maintain.
