| Land Mark Design worked with the
owners of this Cherry Creek duplex to eliminate lawn and create a low
maintenance, pedestrian friendly and attractive right-of way streetscape.
Design of the dry-laid step stone path was intended to protect the existing
tree roots and allow pedestrian traffic flow from street to sidewalk.
Groundcovers were selected for shade and drought tolerance. The curvilinear
stone path welcomes visitors from the street to both sides of the entry
stairway. |
