This Park Hill garden was in very poor condition when Land Mark Design was hired to redesign it. The clients, a family with small children, wanted a low maintenance garden where they could spend time with friends and family. The design includes new brick walls for privacy, a new patio with built-in seating and storage, a hot tub, a custom built play structure, raised and ground level plantings, a sand box and a small lawn area. Materials were chosen to blend the new garden with the architecture of the residence
